Race Preprr
Help

Plan your race week with less guesswork

Race Preprr works best when you move through each plan in order: set the event details, build the course, sort your bags and checklist, then lock in nutrition before exporting the brief.

Recommended setup order

A reliable first pass for every plan
Step 1
Set race details

Start with the race name, date, time, and location so weather and your brief have the right anchors.

Step 2
Build the course

Add a swim manually or import bike and run GPX files so you can review the route, elevation, and POIs.

Step 3
Create bags and checklist items

Group kit by stage, then add the tasks you never want to remember under pressure.

Step 4
Plan nutrition

Capture both day-before intake and race-day cues so the final brief becomes operational instead of aspirational.

Finish
Review the brief

Use the brief as your single source of truth before export, print, or PWA use on race week.

GPX import tips

Keep imports predictable
  • Upload `.gpx` files for bike and run legs.
  • Use one clean route per file when possible.
  • Set race details early so course, weather, and brief views line up cleanly.
  • Use POIs for hazards, aid stations, water, food, and anything easy to forget mid-race.

Race-week workflow

A simple final pass
  • Open the guided setup card on plan home and clear the remaining incomplete steps.
  • Review weather and route notes after your race details are locked in.
  • Check bags and checklist together so tasks map to actual kit.
  • Export the brief once the plan looks stable enough to print or save.
